Organic Teas Canada is always impressed with the amazing quality of the botanical products we purchase from Mountain Rose Herbs of Oregon. The pictured organic lemon balm leaf is fresh, fragrant, full flavoured and 100% pure organic lemon balm leaves.

Always purchase your herbs from a reliable source, in some cases less costly citronella has been sold as lemon balm.  You will find lemon balm in many of our tea blends as it adds a lovely aroma and flavour without any phototoxicity issues.

Lemon Balm is from the mint family with a distinctively lemony scent and flavour.  It is taken as a tea for it's relaxing qualities.  Buy fresh plant material as older is inferior in taste & aroma.
